How are regular visits priced?
Each regular visit is priced as a standard cleaning for your home, minus the discount for how often we come. You'll see the price of your first visit and of each visit after that before you book.
Can I add extras to a recurring cleaning?
Yes. Extras you choose when you get your price are added to your first visit. Your regular visits after that follow the standard cleaning checklist.
Can I book recurring cleaning?
Yes. You can choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly cleanings. Just pick how often when you get your price.
How do I pay?
You pay securely online through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You won't be charged until your cleaning is complete.
Can I cancel my cleaning?
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 12 hours before your scheduled cleaning. If you cancel within 12 hours of your cleaning, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
That's what The Palm Clean Promise™ is for. If something doesn't meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right.
