Does the home need to be empty?
It works best when it is, so we can reach inside cabinets, closets and every corner. If some furniture or boxes will still be there, just add a note when you book.
What if I've already moved out?
That's fine, as long as we know how to get in. When you book, tell us how we'll get in — a lockbox, door code or gate code — and our team will confirm the details with you before your cleaning.
How long will my cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home and the type of cleaning. When you get your price, we also estimate how much time your cleaning needs, so we only offer arrival times we can keep.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. Palm Clean brings standard cleaning supplies. If you prefer, we can use products you provide.
Can I cancel my cleaning?
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 12 hours before your scheduled cleaning. If you cancel within 12 hours of your cleaning, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
That's what The Palm Clean Promise™ is for. If something doesn't meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right.
